Tamale Day

Sunday 10:00 AM-Picked up Pati and went to the new Fiesta on Stassney Lane, wore my new contacts in case I ran into cutie Bretton who works there. We must not be the only ones with the idea to make tamales today because all the tamale masa flour was gone. Pati is making 2 big pots of beans so we can make bean & cheese tamales in addition to pork

those tamales look so good! I usually hate them cuz they always wind up being all masa but I see meat poking out!

olive oil tamales instead of lard for vegans come out dry I think.
