Booya, Comcast!

The president just recently singled out Comcast by name as an example of illegal manipulation of network traffic and violation of Net Neutrality under FCC law.

*butt-dances* :D

He's going to put a regulation into effect that will make it illegal for all internet providers to affect in any way their customer's connection or privileges based on how (or for what) customers use their service.

Mmm...yes...how's that butthurt feel Comcast? *dances more* ^_^

His upcoming policy on Net Neutrality and a free internet can be found at the new whitehouse.gov site. As for the Comcast mention, I can't find the current article, but here's an old pre-election one where an aide elaborates on Obama's analysis of Comcast:

The new article was basically just reiterating these views, and confirming that measures to restrict Comcast are close at hand.
