why do i allow people to piss me off. some people have no role in my life anymore, yet i allow them to make me angry and get myself into defense mode. i don't have to explain myself or defend myself. i know that in a way i got what i wanted but maybe its best if some of our requests weren't fulfilled. things cannot be the way they were. things
