:O 7hrs? Lol, even when re-reading this I swear it took me ages. Then again I kept being distracted... Ahhh thank you!

Your comment is everything I'd hoped for, so thank you so much for reading - and enjoying!

Ahhh oh my god. I absolutely LOVED it.

The details you used to create this world were wonderful (I looooove world-building), as was how you handled everything, from Merlin's struggles and journey into Camelot to achieving his destiny with Arthur, setting Camelot on the path towards re-building and improving, and beyond. And I really liked how you portrayed Arthur in this.

I could go on and on, but one of the others things I really liked was Arthur as Merlin's dragon~~ I had my suspicions at the start and then to see it confirmed just made me flail around in excitement. Because really I'm a silly romantic like that and hearing Merlin call Arthur his dragon just makes me squee. :)

Guh I didn't want it to end, even after 140k! Fantastic work. Thank you so so much for writing and sharing this!!

Thank yo so so much!

I'm uhm... kind of a stickler for detail xD I don't think it's possible for me not to put details in and it can often be a slight downfall... but I'm glad it's worked for you ^^

I'm glad it was sort-of-obvious that Arthur was the dragon. :3 and I HAD to put him as Merlin's dragon, of course!! I didn't really register it until my cheerleader mentioned it though hah.

Thank you so much again! Such a lovely comment.

Absolutely epic world-building.

I felt like I could almost touch and feel Merlin's island world, walk around and see the refugees at the base of the Sky City of Camelot, and even though Camelot itself sounded a lot like a typical first world big city, you've constructed it in a way that automatically makes me think of a Future-scapes inside a Pixar movie or a particularly fantastic episode of Doctor Who. You truly have a magical way with words.

I adore the fact that Arthur turned out to be Merlin's dragon. I had kinda guessed it at first but wasn't sure until Merlin met Kilgarrah and when it was confirmed, it made me love your depiction and development of their relationship that much more. <3 ( ... )

Thank you so much! I try to keep a vision of what I want a place to look like in my head - if I could decently sketch it out I would, but I really can't xD - and just try to inject it into the story so I'm really pleased it's worked ( ... )

Wheeeee! I finished reading it!!!! This HUUUUUGE piece!!! I really loved the whole atmosphere, the world in which you planted Arthur and Merlin. Also how you dared working more on the story and thus on Merlin's part then caring about Merlin and Arthur being together. I also loved the laughing parts where Arthur just barks out laughing, and even more when it was the dragon doing so ^^

Haha huge is probably the best word to describe this! In hindsight I probably would have liked to make it a bit longer, add in more moments where it's just Arthur and Merlin together, but... I'm not going back and adding them in xD Just going to leave well enough alone hehe.

Thank you so so much! I'm so happy you've enjoyed it <3

Lovely :) Rather difficult to read thanks to the light-on-light colour scheme (especially since I was more than a little tired last night when I started reading this, I couldn't tell the letters apart if my face wasn't practically touching the screen, and it's still a strain even after I've slept), but definitely worth it :)

Thank you! I've changed the font now to black so it's easier to see ^^ it was available on AO3 and as a PDF, but I've been meaning to change the font colour anyway, so thank you for reminding me!

Awesome! So much easier for my eyes, now I can check out your other fics as well :) I actually already went to AO3 earlier to check the summaries, but I left the fics for later to give my eyes some time to recover. For some reason I've never really learnt to like AO3, I really don't know why. It's not like I have anything against the concept and the place does have several great features.

:) I hope you enjoy!

I guess with AO3... it's kinda new and I know a lot of people like to stick with what they know. Me? I just spread myself everywhere xD haha.
