It was strange; for years he’d been so focused on getting his body back that he’d never thought about what it would be like to be really human again. The process of sleeping was one such adjustment he’d had to make. Letting himself drift into unconsciousness had been a terrifying prospect, but once he knew he was going to wake up again, he got used to it.
He still didn’t find it easy to get up on chilly mornings when the windows had frosted over though.
That was why he was so glad Aunt Pinako had introduced him to coffee.
