Questions? We've got a FAQ.
1. What kind of comm is this? It's the home of the Loveless/FMA crossover fic, Faithless, by sockren and priestess_grrrl. We welcome anyone who wants to read the fic or is interested in contributing something LL/FMA related (fanfic, fanart, etc).
2. How do I join? Membership is now open to everyone.
3. Now that I've joined, what should I do? Check out the Memories to read the main fic. Come introduce yourself in our Introductions Thread. If you have questions, feel free to come by our Ask Colonel Mustang questions thread.
4. I have some fanart to post. What should I do? Posting is now open to everyone, so you can feel free to post. Follow the fanart posting guidelines here.
5. I have a fic I'd like to post. What should I do? We invite you to explore any sort of Loveless/FMA crossover fic, either based on the Faithless verse or one of your own creation. If you'd like to share your fic, feel free to go ahead and post, following the guidelines. Posts are moderated.
6. I tried to post my art/fic but it didn't work! Help? If you have any problems, just PM priestess_grrrl.
7. Is it okay to leave a comment? Even if something was posted a long time ago? Yes. Comments are love. It doesn't matter when it was posted or how many people already posted. Comment away!
8. I have a discussion question I'd like to ask, can I post it? Yes, discussion questions are welcome!
9. Is this one of those snobby LJ comms where I'm going to get yelled at for being a n00b? In a word, no. Please be encouraged to ask anything, to run ideas by me or send me your fics, even if you're new. And don't be afraid to post. Really, this is not one of those comms. We welcome new members!
10. Is this one of those comms that is gonna clog up my f-list with 10,000 posts? No. There are stretches with no posts. This is not one of those comms.
12. I just joined, and there haven't been any posts for some time. Is this comm dead? The main fic is currently on hiatus, since priestess_grrrl went back to school. It's just RL rearing its ugly head. But have faith! This story is very close to priestess_grrrl's heart and she will not be abandoning it that easily.
13. Are there spoiler rules? Try to be good about any art or fics that reference Loveless or FMA manga after the published English volumes. If you'd like to further chapters, please include a link to your personal LJ or at least post a warning, strike it out, change the font size, etc. The fic is largely anime based and does not include FMA movie canon. I dip into the manga for inspiration, but it is an anime fic for the most part.
14. What pairings are represented in this fic? Mostly it's Roy/Ed and Soubi/Ritsuka, but we mix things up every once in a while just for fun.
15. Where does this fic start? How do I read the whole fic from the beginning? Go to the Memories. You have to join first to read them.
16. There seem to be lots of different fics on here. Which ones are part of the main storyline? Anything marked "AC" (for "Arc Canon") is part of the main story. Anything marked "NC" (Non-Canon) is not. The main storyline is the one chronicled in the Memories. All of the chapters are labeled Faithless. All of the other fics are Faithless inspired, but not part of the canon. If you have a question about a particular fic, just ask.
17. I have a question that's not listed here. Feel free to post on our Ask Colonel Mustang questions thread. Or bug priestess_grrrl on her LJ. Promise I wont bite. Roy bites, though... ^_^
