This is absolutely wonderful! My favorite part? That you nailed their characters so dead on. Of course Ed would find sliding down the hill hilarious and of course Roy would pout about it. LOL Though it sounds like it more than worked out for the best. I adore anything that has them in a long standing relationship, especially when they are still being themselves. Roy and Ed bicker. It's what they do and I couldn't imagine this any other way.

Thanks so much! :D I'm always worrying about getting characters IC since I've read my fair share of fics where the OOC-ness ruined everything for me, even if the plot itself was good. I'm also a big fan of mature!Ed, but that doesn't have to mean he is like totally changed.

This is absolutely wonderful! I always love Hawkeye and Ed working together since they're so formidable on their own and together they'd be scary. Mustang chooses the right course of action to just go along with it. You painted the scene of them in the woods wonderfully. I was practically walking with them and I love, love their little mishap in the snow with the training they both know coming into play in prolonging it. And I love how you tied in the prompt to your last line. ♥

:D I'm so very happy you liked this! :D After my first try at this fic has been deleted by my laptop dying and I hit my block I was a bit afraid I wouldn't get anything decent done, so I'm glad how this turned out :) Hawkeye and Ed are a great team - especially when they team up against Roy xD (There is a REASON why the three of them together are my favorite threesome xDD But even with her only as a friend they are awesome together :P)
I love reading about or writing them dorking around and then ending up in complicated situations - it's just so much them it makes me grin like crazy :D
