As an amateur baker, I enjoy watching Cupcake Wars on Food Network. The flavors are challenging, and as a reality competition show, it's pretty fun. The competitors are playing for money that they can put back into their businesses as well as the exposure that providing cupcakes for the event can bring them. But the teams themselves have me bemused
