England's hair does look a bit off (perhaps because it's longer than usual?) but it looks very pretty! And I like the pose; I never seem to be able to draw them kissing/making out properly -.-;;

I think England's hair looks odd because there's not much above the head? It looks kind of too flattened to his head or something.
