Copy this sentence into your livejournal if you're in a non-same-sex marriage, and you don't want it "protected" by the bigots who think that gay marriage hurts it somehow.
I would like to be in a non-same-sex marriage (provided an appropriate and agreeable partner makes herself known to me sometime between now and the heat-death of the universe), and if I were in such a relationship, I wouldn't think that gay marriage hurt it in any way whatsoever.
