So I'm just about to leave for work at 11:45 when I look on the deck and see that the hot tub cover has been blown off and the snaps have been ripped off by last night's wind. The hot tub is at a cool 77 degrees. So I bring the cover back to the hot tub, clean it, then figure out a temporary way to secure it... all in the pouring rain. I finally
