So Chris' comment to my update yesterday made me think about the advice I give to people and how I don't follow it. If Chris said all of the things I said yesterday about my worries with women, I would say the same thing to him about going out to new places to meet new people and I would also offer to go with him. I also would be glad to hang out with you one on one. I'm not a guy, but it might be refreshing to talk to someone who doesn't necessarily know the ins and outs of your life. Just give me a call.

I think it is really great that you are taking a more proactive stance about your life. That is something to be proud of. Also, your advice is always appreciated, because it is so frequently good.

It appears I've missed all this, being out-of-loop lately.

I'm so sorry to hear you're in a yucky situation. Please, please let me know if there's anything I can do to de-yuckify things - even if I'm a decade your junior and not male. We'll ice-cream it again.

Actually, can we please do more of the random-meetings-up, if only for my own selfish enjoyment I get from hanging out with you? I am completely certain that I laugh more with you than anyone else. And that's a good thing.

Will do. My schedule is crazy bananas (I wouldn't expect anyone to know it), but I'm pretty sure there's several nights I'm not working and that I think - think - I'd rather see you than do homework.
