Re-dos are almost always such a terrible idea, but ones for British TV also confuse the hell out of me. People do understand that they speak ENGLISH over there?

Actually, that's an interesting point! RTD's probably gotten used to having his own way with the BBC in recent years, without too much censoring/forced rewrites/etc . . . how's he going to cope with the interference that Fox is known for?
