use super glue! that's what i use when i slice my hands at work. though, my wounds were probably never as deep as that... still, that's what they used to seal wounds in WW2, so it may help so that you don't keep ripping it open and stuff

ughhh i once ripped a nail straight down the center about halfway down and it sucks. its annoying to grow out but you should be fine for the wedding
