PAIN!!!!

Well I worked all day and really fucked up my knee real good. It's so swollen and hurts tons. Other than that a long day at work with Matty. Monie, Jen and Sarah came by and made me feel better but the pain is unreal. Well I'll be going to lifting anyway to see what Twomley has to say. God damn, I can barely walk. Well now it's time for some good
