WTF is wrong with your downtown?
Police raiding St Huberts at 10am, a bunch of roads closed down, people stopping in the middle of a intersection putting on their flashing lights and leaving their car, people stopping anywhere putting on their flashing lights blocking all traffic and leaving their cars, people not signalling?
