even if you are intollerant, all you would have to do is a take the enzyme Lactase in a sufficient dose whenever you decide to consume milk. lot's of people across the world aren't able to synthesize that enzyme on their own, so don't feel too bad about it, hehe. and with the exception of cheeses and yogurts, which are technically half digested and therefore have a lesser impact on our digestion and absorption, cow's milk is not terribly good for you anyway.
cow's milk is formulated, biologically speaking, to turn a calf into a 500 pound animal within a few months. our choice to integrate milk as an everyday beverage, even with "reduced fat" or whatever, is just asking for it.
