Although I usually marathon one drama at a time, this is kind of a weird time for me because I am currently watching four dramas.

The King 2 Hearts (through E15)--I am watching this on a set schedule for dramawatchalong.

Urero Mikansei Shoujo (through E07)--I am enjoying this, but it is more like watching a conto than watching a drama, and I can't take that more than once per day.

Family's Honor (through E13)--This is my main drama right now, but it isn't really a good one to be watching during DFC since it has 54 episodes!

Keiji no Manazashi (through E04)--I am usually ready for even 20 episode dramas that I love to hurry up and finish, so when I watched Life Is Beautiful (SBS) a while back, I tried alternating episodes with something else. I managed to get through all 63 episodes that way, so I decided to try the same thing with Family's Honor. Currently I am alternating with this drama, which works out nicely since it is episodic anyway.

Finished Urero Mikansei Shoujo!

This a fun and different series that I am really glad I finally found. I recommend it to people who like Japanese comedy and/or Momokuro.

The third season (what I just finished was the second) is currently airing, so I won't be able to finish it before DFC ends. However, I am going to watch it as it airs even though I don't usually do that since I can't take too many episodes at once anyway.

Ooh, I just googled a bit and I might have to check this one out at some point~ It looks strange, which is always a plus, and I have both an interest in idols in general and a bit of a soft spot for Momokuro in particular. :D For as much as I watch raw variety though, I don't watch many dramas unsubbed so that might be a damper. Definitely putting it on my list of shows with potential though! :D

TEN DRAMAS TO FINISH. OKAY, PAST VAL, YOU ARE A JERK. LET'S DO THIS.

My plan right now is to always have two episodes open so that whatever five minutes of drama watching mood I'm in, one of them gets watched. One will be something where I'm at least semi-close to finishing; another will be something I'm really into even if I'm not close to finishing. (Disclaimer: I am also ~really into~ some of the ones I am close to finishing. These aren't mutually exclusive categories. :D)

To start off, my close-to-finishing drama will be Hanzawa Naoki (7 of 10 watched)! And my not close to finishing drama will be I Hear Your Voice (4 of 18 watched)! GO.

Woo, excitement! I think I'm going to start with Kazoku Game, because I really need to get going on what seemed to be a big favorite last year!

I watched 8 eps in two nights :D I have a problem with obsessions :| I have mixed feelings about this dorama. I bought it because it had Yamada Yuki on the cover, I didn't even bother to read the synopsis (Pudding!!!) because I became a fan after Trump (;A;) I ended up fangasming over the male protagonist instead.... and not because of his character per se, but because character plus physical appareance makes the very best absolute perfect Yanagi Renji and makes him just divine to my eyes and heart and jsfhkjhgjdfgdfgfdgkghjkdhfgjkfdghfg sjhfdjkdshfjkdghjhsdfjkghjfhgjfghdfjghdfghdshfjksdfghjfgjdf

[Spoiler cut because fangirling rant is plagued with them] Mmm I felt it a bit too long and totally unnecesary shallow eps along the way. I didn't like so many lose ends... unless they're going to re-take them for Season 2 (that has green light already yaaaaay).

I think Irie being a jerk to Kotoko was over the board. We all know the cold guy type that will fall in love of the girl in the end but Irie was being just cruel sometimes that was just... wrong. Kotoko is too anime-like and i didn't like ( ... )

Do you mind me asking a question? Have you seen any other Itazura No Kiss adaptions? I'm wondering how it compared. I watched all of the Taiwanese adaptation and a little of the anime, but by the time the Korean version came out, I was all tapped out.
