is there a reason why the university of toronto and the university of guelph feel that it is unnecessary to reply to my application for grad school in a timely manner? i mean really, i would like to plan my life and i need them to tell me what the hell is going on before i can do that!

Why don't time reply "in due course" we say here. Guelph: well it is spring, so they are preparing the ground with those big things called tractors, in order to plant some sort of seed and then we get food suposedly. meh. Plus it is also Spring fling time with the Vets so they got to take care of that....all this paperwork about cats like Peter who need a cool, affectionate female to mate with but is not clingy...
Toronto? HA. it's Toronto. Enough said. Their reply is probably in-transit, stuck in trafic, they probably caused the accident.
