Does Michigan have the 'yellow plates of guilt' for DUI convictions?

After a conviction the person has to put them on their car, in place of regular plates for a certain amount of time.

I wish i could have seen the gig with GSHG. That woulda been cool. But I can certainly say it's a bit of a surprise to leave it to you to be the responsible one. Weird.

Why a surprise that I'd be the responsible one? If I've had any more than one beer, I won't drive for the rest of the night. I can count on one hand how many times I've truly been shit-faced drunk. I don't do drugs, either.

No, you just act like you do. With as goofy as you are, it's just shocking that YOU are the responsible one. but I guess in the rock n' roll world, the old fart is always the most responsible.
