Hey all, I need your help!

I've been thinking of making myself a shiny new foil hat.

My question: Which side of the foil deflects the alien mind control waves? The shiny or dull side.

This is important.

Well, if you use the dull side it will concentrate the mind control waves. Then, you can wad it up and feed it to a cow. The aliens will be perplexed by the cows' ability to create cities, then worship us (the cows' masters!) as gods.

I'm pretty sure that mind control waves bounce off of shiny stuff like the shiny side of aluminum... if you have the shiny side in, won't it amplify their control waves and just hold all their mind controlling inside your own brain? That'd suck. Definitly keep the shiny side OUT.
