[Helios was right in that Robert would worry. And why wouldn't he? Three people he cares about, going off on the largely-untested Malnossian missions together. He'd seen Helios' injury - it was unpleasant - and he was uncertain about Ginia. And Giles had just gone through quite a bit.

Yet, there was the issues they had mentioned.

Still, it's enough for him to make himself heard:]

I'm...you know, I'm not sure. [He laughs quietly at this realization.] But the, um, th-the Malnosso have called us away for a bit. And they'll be very unhappy if we don't put in an appearance.
