[It's hard to say how it felt coming back from that experience. It was like...a weight had been lifted, really. The reminder of his death finally gone much like the scars he has acquired from it as well. Helios doesn't remember much of what John did to him, the drugs still in implementation to a degree. Either way his glasses can be seen not on ( Read more... )

sorta trolling, action, he's a derp, eccentric, reading rainbow, written, curious, babbling, voice

[Well, since everyone else seems to cooperate with the request, have "Vincent Nightray" written in elegant letters on the page. The rest of the post is done in voice.]

That's certainly a creative way to play with dolls.

[ Someone he's never met and yet their first name is a light gold and their last is black. Helios will reply in voice as well. His sounds a bit tired but otherwise fine. ]

Oh, yes, people do have creative ways of making anything interesting. Especially dolls in this case.

Halloween, huh? I wonder if that's anything like Nightmare Night.

[It probably is, Dash. Silly pony.]

Anyway, that sounds like a pretty weird game. Like, what's the point to it?

Nightmare Night? Could you perhaps elaborate on what that is?

[ He sounds ever so curious as he asked. ]

The point? Oh, usually to get a good spook out of it. Or just have a good story to tell your friends. Children always try to impress the others by doing some crazy little prank or experiment. [ There's a smile in his tone of voice. ]

It's a holiday dedicated to all things dark, dreary, and spooky. Everypony dresses up, and there's a ton of candy.

[And probably other stuff. The episode about Nightmare Night will clarify a thing or two.]

And I guess that makes sense, but isn't a prank better when you've got somebody else around?

Yes! That sounds almost identical to Halloween actually. Amazing how closely other world's holidays can be.

[ He thinks on it. ] True, true. But there's no stopping them from telling their friends nothing happened and then something actually does when they do it. Whether it's by a well concealed "spirit" or an actual one. If you know what I mean.

[ Yes, people do unfortunately play tricks on one another and what better way than to pretend you're a ghost? ]
