That's not the way it works. I can't %100 endorse anyone, because no one is perfect. All you are doing is expressing your preference. When the people in charge look at how many people don't vote, they don't think, "Oh no, we must be doing a horrible job," they think, "Wow people sure don't care, do they?" When you don't vote, that's the complicity of silence. Of course it doesn't make much difference, but it's a minimal civic duty.
