2 Geeks update

Two 2 Geeks update. One was done a while ago but I forgot to post. The other I just did tonight.

The first one is some tips to dealing with a bad home inspection.

Yeah, it was a really stupid mistake to make. We were aware that it might just be broken but we were worried about the cost. Ah well, you live, you learn.

I certainly hope so, assuming that anyone actually reads it. :P It does get quite a few page views, according to the stats, but I have no idea if anyone who reads it could actually use it or not. To be honest, if I could help even one person deal with this shit it would be awesome but I mostly write to keep myself sane. >.<

And, oh boy, do I have a story for you. But I can't tell it here because I'm trying really hard not to say anything that could get us in trouble with any of the people working with us. So, I'll have to tell the story another time. Maybe once we've closed I'll post some of the horror stories online (with no names of course).
