I have always loved the lyrics of that song, and I think Kris’ version is the most tender and heartfelt that I have ever heard. How lovely that you used the gentle vulnerability of Kris singing those lyrics as the way your Kris character got Adam to finally accept his love as real and without any lingering doubts or questioning of what he wants… that he wants Adam to be with him. The raw emotion and intimacy that I could imagine in the room as Adam listened to the song repeatedly and then realized that Kris had watched him reacting to the song when Kris came up behind him and wrapped his arms around Adam… that was very special. Thanks for sharing your story! =)
