The chairs in my work canteen have all been subject to a manufacturers recall. This is potentially disturbing. I mean, they were uncomfortable, but you don't get products recalled for that.

What the hell was wrong with them?

Obviously deamon posessed chairs and they don't want to cause undue worry.

They might fall apart underneath someone silly or American enough to sue the manufacturers ?

They tended to dissolve in holy water ?

They ate people after midnight ?

To both the above - apperantly one shattered when someone sat on it. Not broke, but splintered into tiny pieces.

Which is less exciting that what I'd been hoping, but for the sake of not having sharp shards of plastic in my rear end, I'm not too upset.

I was gunning for them being toxic, myself.
