Not just any liquor store in a storm

I have been asked to find good places to buy port (wine) in the Boston area. We will be down there for Arisia and want to bring some back with us. Near the Arisia hotel would be good. I solicit your suggestions.

My favorite local winery is Nashoba Valley Winery, which is sold at many local liquor stores. I particularly like the Azul (blueberry port) and the raspberry port.

My favorite place to get port is 660 Liquors, at 660 Cambridge Street in Cambridge (near the intersection with Fulkerson St). Besides having a good selection of ruby, tawny, and white ports, they also have several port-brandies (make your own port, perhaps) and some other portuguese liquors.

It's about two miles from the hotel, and neither it nor the hotel is all that subway-accessible, but if you're going during business hours when the CT2 bus runs, it's three stops on the CT2 and half a mile of walking.

I'm sorry, I don't know any near the hotel.

We go to Downtown Wine and Liqueurs at Davis Square on Elm St. It's right on the T.

stop in New Hampster on your way north or south. Go to the state store in Nashua

Come visit during the weekend, since the girls and I aren't going
