Probably mostly due to having just seen the movie, but I'd kill for a Coraline doll.

Oh, I've got a list...
I'd love a TARDIS in the corner of the living room... but that's something you'd put the coffee table _in_, not put _on_ the coffee table.

My choice would be Rick Deckard's pistol; Han's blaster as a runner up.

Grrrl expressed that she'd pick the ruby slippers, or the "Rosebud" sled. (Wizard of Oz, and Citizen Kane, respectively.)

A Dalek (I'd put in the corner, obviously, not on the coffee table - too heavy!)
The Tardis (I would sacrifice a bookshelve to make room. Actually, I'd just by a bookshelf narrow enough to put inside.
A Psi Corp badge would be fun by I'd end up giving it to bunsen_h to make penguins with.
A prisoner badge, preferably number six's or number two's.
One of the bizarrely colourful umbrellas that they have in the prisoner.
Audra's laboratory from The Dark Crystal(it must fit on a coffee table because it was muppet-sized, right?)
Kosh's encoutner suit (or at least the headpiece)
