In Webster's Dictionairy the word "Lucifer" is refered to as the Planet Venus.
lucifer : \Lu"ci*fer\, n. [L., bringing light, n., the morning star, fr. lux, lucis, light + ferre to bring.] 1. The planet Venus, when appearing as the morning star; -- applied in Isaiah by a metaphor to a king of Babylon.
Further down the page Venus is described as the Goddess of Love which in turn would make love....evil and of the devil...
Venus \Ve"nus\, n. [L. Venus, -eris, the goddess of love, the planet Venus.] 1. (Class. Myth.) The goddess of beauty and love, that is, beauty or love deified.
If you think about it...what good comes from love....it never lasts in this day and age...when it does and never really is what you wanted it to be or expected it to be. Therefore "love" is never good...I wish I had never loved.
