Um .. well .. I .. suppose I'd better tell you what's going on, now that you've read the private part of the entry.

In short, I've got ... quite a bit of miasma in my body. I've seen a doctor, and he's given me medication to help the pain, but even he says there's no way he could dispel it completely from my body.

In a case like this, duty overrides one's health.
