It was something so amazing that you probably even heard about it on the news and I was directly involved. In fact, you may have even seen me on television or read my name in the paper.

Well, you're a big tease!

I was at D*C, too. Yeah, Nick B. is a tad overimpressed with himself, no? Didn't get good reviews from the Buffy Track staff, either.

Yeah, I was at Dragoncon as well, and though the fangirl in me made it hard to dislike him TOO much, one thing I did not like was when he was talking about Once More With Feeling and saying he liked that he couldn't do badly because he's paid to ACT, not sing and dance, and someone said "You didn't do badly" and he goes "Oh, I know." You say "Thank you", Nick. Not "I know." And then at the autograph signing, Clare was so amazing and sweet and kind, and then we went to see him and he barely looked at us. Again, the fangirl in me wanted to believe it was just because he had a longer line. But probably not.

That demon looks familiar. Like maybe we've seen him before. Or we'll see him again?

I haven't seen this episode recently, but he was kind of rubbery, wasn't he? Maybe he was the monster from the telepathy episode (sorry, forget the name).

Oh yeah, I went to Dragon Con and saw Nicholas Brendon. I was like 30 feet from him. He's pretty much exactly like Xander- not very bright, annoying, doesn't make sense all the time...

His commentaries in season seven were not endearing, as I remember. I guess people really put something of themselves into their character. (In which case I really want to meet Robin Sachs!)

Willow has some responsibility in all this, but she's always loved Xander. She couldn't help herself.

Yes, Xander behaved and continued to behave even worse than Willow, but Willow behaved terribly herself. She has just as much responsibility in this as Xander does.

It just seems like Anya fits in better as a human when she's not a human. She really isn't our Anya in this episode, sad as that makes me. Not until ( ... )

The Jossverse is so full of holes, it's better not to look.
Oh yeah. The biggest problem I have with this episode is that when they destroy Anya's amulet, supposedly ALL her revenge thingamabobs get reversed. I think they should have just stuck to reversing this one. With the thousands of wishes Anya has granted over the centuries, reversing them all should have consequences. Big ones. I mean, just look at this one - Buffy never coming to Sunnydale completely changed Sunnydale, but also Buffy, and who knows what else. Thousands of wishes being reversed not changing a single thing about the current BtVS reality? Yeah, I don't buy it.

Russia, for one, would be totally different. And Olaf would not be big and green and loveable.

Fot the sake of my sanity, I assume that Giles made a mistake.

But yeah, Joss not so good at the world building. It really shows in Firefly. But I love it all the same.

Joss must be a fan of Plath since her poems seem to be referenced often, like in that one song in OM,WF when Buffy sings about the fire.

> And the prophecy is fulfilled. The Master kills Buffy. Again.

Oh wow. I hadn't noticed that.
