This is when Xander goes bad. When he lies to Buffy. Sigh. Xander.

this bugs the shit outta me, and i even touched upon it in a college paper i wrote.

THEY NEVER MENTION IT AGAIN!!! even when later in selfless buffy says bout remembering willows message to kick angels ass. willow says "i never said that" but they never elaborate on that. it bugs the everlovin shit outta me.

(my point in my paper was though-was xander justified in lying to buffy this way. think about it-if he'd told her the truth about what willow was attempting buffy may have hesitated at a crucial moment, and doomed the world. seriously think about it)

Yes, I was utterly BUGGED about that never being touched on and then when the Selfless thing happened, it pissed me off even more. Grrr Argh.

I love how absorbed Dru is in making out with Giles, and how at last Spike and Angel are united on one issue: she should stop.

I hate how Buffy totally blows off those guys who made her the first slayer! Its like, she goes through all this work, leaves her home totally unprotected, sends out a demon backlash to terrorize the house, and then barely even listens to what those shaman dudes have to say? WTF, B.

I guess that also shows the difference between Buffy and Cordelia--Cordelia was willing to do whatever it takes to save the world (be infused with demon), Buffy refused and drew a line.
