This is our new joining policy, going into effect now. We did this because we deleted about a 1/2 dozen posts that broke the fontshare rules in the past week. The procedure was designed to exclude people who cannot be bothered to read or follow rules, and joining fontshare is contingent upon your ability to complete the entire process.
