This week's offering...
A maple and bourbon marshmallow filled with bacon
caramel, sandwiched between two bacony Scottish
shortbread cookies and the whole thing is dunked in
dark chocolate. A few seconds in the microwave
makes the mallow melt and expand, transforming a
innocent-looking cookie into an evil dessert!
