French Martini?

My housewarming party was this past weekend, and I busted out my long rusty cocktail making skills by pouring some Martinis and Cosmopolitans for people. I actually quite missed the act of pouring drinks for others, and I'm glad that I'll be able to continue entertaining (again) with my new place - it just wasn't possible in my old one

The Havarti practically melted when I grated it in the food processor. I finally busted out my cuisinart because I wasn't gonna grate that much cheese by hand...

Next I think I'm going to attempt a pie dough - the Alton Brown way!

Well, like I said... it sounds froo froo - but it would be great for a lot of those girls I know who don't like strong drinks. :)
