Ah, Alan Alda, is there anything he can't teach us/amaze us with?

I've only seen a small clip of this episode of Scientific American Frontiers, which involved Alan Alda's video diary. Odd, to think of him as ever being unhappy with his body (considering all his years as a lanky pole), but also oddly refreshing.

Then again, I love dear Alan and near about idolize him, so I may be biased. I love how involved he gets in the show, how enthusiastic and genuinely excited about learning everything. Helps to have the host care and be anything but deadpanned. Amazing, really, all I've learned from that show.

Good luck, with the weight loss diary program thingie, really. And I pray you don't mind my intruding on your journal and leaving a comment. If you do, of course, let me know and I'll leave you be.

Farewell.
