#4633: Dyson Airblade hand dryers. You’re supposed to move your hands up and down in this somewhat narrow gap, but they’re being buffeted from both sides by an 800 MPH airstream. I work with a somewhat illiterate third grade teacher. She said she refused to read the Harry Potter series because the character names were too hard to pronounce.

Seriously? Let's see, here's a rundown:

Harry

Ron

Hermoine (Okay, so this one is challenging. Her-My-Oh-Nee, and it's actually spelled that way in the first book because Hagrid can't talk in anything but monosyllables)

Draco

Uh...Dumbledore.

It's all pretty self explanatory, and the really hard name actually has a pronunciation guise in the text in several places.

But yeah, Internet Forum = I will give my asshole opinion, even though you asked a simple grammar question.

I think you're mixing up The Spy Who Loved Me with Octopussy.

And if Sir Roger had donned a dragon costume to sneak into the circus, you'd be singing a different tune. ;)

I am so glad I'm not the only person who thinks that way about those air dryers. The bottom of them never looks good. I wipe my hands on my jeans. That tends to work.
