Sorry I haven't been updating here as frequently. I've become hooked on Twitter, where I can post snippets about what I'm doing no matter what I'm doing - or where I'm at. Super convenient...plus, fun!

I thought it turned out great, actually. Really smooth and nice, and it was fairly easy to make. You do have to boil the milk, but that's not hard.

I did notice that when I carted one to work today, it was sort of watery. But once I drained it off it was fine.

The taste is really nice, too. Nice and fresh. I am definitely planning to make my own from now on...
