PSP 9 - Completely translatable - No color balance, curves, or selective coloring!

1. Base! Mine is of Dumbledore's army from
ootpmoviepics


Resize, crop, and sharpen.

Note: The dodge layers are used to bring out the colors in the icon, so for example, if you want lots of blue then duplicate the blue layer and etc.

7. This is where it may get confusing.
X the visiblity on the last dodge layer.
Copy merged, and paste on top of everything at Softlight 100.
Un-ex the visibilty on the dodge layer.


8. Copy merged again.
Paste on top of everything at Softlight 100.


9. Brightness/Contrast layer.
Brightness: -18
Contrast: 16


10. Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer.
Saturation: +30


11. I just added a flower brush by
toybirds

 <-- No Hue/Saturation layer.

 <-- No Brightness/Contrast and no Hue/Saturation.
