I've been drinking a great deal of Genmai cha (brown rice tea--so good!) lately. Having tired of filling my tea cup from a sauce pan, I decided to purchase a tea kettle. (The tea pot purchase will have to wait a while.) I'm checking out potentials online, and would appreciate your help in making my final decision. Let me know which of these 4

Have you considered any electric kettles? I have one that turns off automatically (I often forget I left the kettle on - once I burnt a kettle and had to throw it out the window on a 3rd floor because it was smoking!). You can get a pretty decent one for under $40, usually.
