After a delightful chat with Katie last night, I've decided to join a book club in order to meet some new people in my area.  Conveniently, it meets at the Northampton library, which is a 10-minute walk from my house. I've been meaning to stop by anyway and get a library card, because buying 5-10 books every month is getting wicked expensive.

I love bookclubs, I hope you have fun in yours. I am in one specifically to make me read books I wouldn't normally pick up on my own and I've discovered a lot of fantastic books that way.

So envious of your supper club, that sort of thing is so much fun! I used to do one with my dad and some of his neighbors but it got too hard to schedule and two of the members had a fight so it just peetered out, alas! I should start one up here. Hmmm....
