I just got accepted to UDub. I'm going college.

Edit: by saying "i'm going to college" i mean that no matter what, i know i will be going to college somewhere. Not neccesarily UDub. But if all else fails, then yes, UDub"

I've got a question about this. "UDub" is a shortened way of saying it so that we don't have to go around saying "Yoo-Double-Yoo" which is ugly. But when it's typed, isn't UW faster and cleaner than UDub?

However, UW could be referencing University of Wisconsin, or Wyoming, or Willamsburg or any other such university with a W as its location. UDub is a nickname for University of Washington.
