i totally agree. and it's not just kids, some parents DROP OFF their kid then make them get a ride home. why would you miss your own kids concert?
music isn't appriciated enough.

and by music i mean anything remotely classical that isn't hip hop or rap

I could be cool and give a different point of view; the opinion of an athletic ego maniac who loves listening to 'real' music (Yeah, yeah, yeah... yeah, yeah... yeah...), who loves having vertical sex at prom with people they've known for twenty minutes, and who is far too important to waste his time at a stupid band concert.

I would hate to play that role for a minute, though. I'll be like everyone else and agree with you, because it's the truth. People are stupid.
