So the pain medicine wears off...and i wake up instantly. thats where i'm at right now. I go in for reconstructive surgery on the front of my mouth in 3.5 hours...a process which will remove a large portion of the front of my mouth, gums, teeth, tissue etc and reaatatch it with a reconstructive "splint".
