Why do I always get the urge to be productive and/or creative at the exact same time I should be going to bed? It's like it takes me 16 hours to wake up and actually prepare myself to do something. Or maybe it's just a second wind. Regardless: gah ( Read more... )

I too have .txt files in my documents folder that contain mysterious messages that apparently were really important to me at the time, but I now have no clue what they were for, lol. I especially love the ones that only contain 1 or 2 words, like "copperhead" and another is "wrist brace". NO idea. *shrug*.

I love love love Mad Men ... although ... it's hell on an ex-smoker such as myself. EVERYONE smokes on that show, even pregnant women. Makes me want to light up even though I'd probably die if I did, lol.

And yea I know he's a man whore and a terrible husband.. but ... Mmmmmmm... Don Draper.

Agreed re: The Draper. As for his questionable ways, it's like I asked someone at work yesterday, "Is there a male character on this show who isn't a philandering alcoholic?"

And although I'm not tempted by the incessant smoking, I do get an insatiable desire to start drinking whiskey when I watch, but I don't have any whiskey, so then I start craving lesser potent potables, like Baileys, which I also don't have, so now I almost always watch Mad Men with a glass of chocolate milk.

Copperhead . . . Hmm. I guess if it doesn't have an exclamation mark behind it, it's probably not important. I mean, if I opened up one of my .txt files and it said "COPPERHEAD!!!!", well . . . then I'd be worried.
