Full disclosure: date was edited to reflect the day this actually happened. It is quite far into the future now, so a lot of details have, unfortunately, disappeared into the crevices of my brain.

How fortunate that time allowed you to take this meander while it was still convenient to do so, and on such an awesome day. The photos are pretty spectacular! Wonder what trails you will find in your new location........-m

Thanks for the comments! I'm really happy when weather coincides with an adventure trek. Actually, I always have a list of adventure treks handy, so when a day like this comes by, I don't have to waste time thinking about where I'm going to go!

You know, that list thing is a really great idea....because a day off is usually so surprising that it's hard to remember where you wanted to go! I'm up with that one.....

That sounds like a fully day! It also sounds like you had a great summer if it was dry and all like the rest of the west coast. I think you captured mine and most other's favourite thing about fall: the golden colours. LOVE IT!
