I hate banks!

So, I've been trying to get a new box of checks ever since I moved to Charlotte. I changed my address at the bank about 2 months ago, and the teller said that she would put in the order for a new box of checks. Well, a month goes by and I never receive the checks that were supposedly ordered. So I go back to the bank & put in another order. This

hey, i work at the bb&t at mint hill. you should stop by and i can do it for you. sometimes when you change your address the address on the check order page doesn't change. it's stupid. let me know if i can help.

Yeah, I went by the Ballantyne branch today. They had no idea what had happened, but they called the check people & are getting them reprinted for me.
