im really frustrated. im trying to write heart felt lyrics that will mean something. but i come up with shit. evewrything there is to write about, is already monopolized by anothe band, ceremony has anger, inside out has spirtual awarness, i hate political lyrics, straight edge is sone by everyone. what the fuck am i supposed to write about.

Yo don't try to put genres into lyrics, they're not music, just words. Sing about what's important to you. When Bottled Aggression did that gay rights song, I thought it was a little sketchy of me to sing about that while still being straight, but what really mattered was that I was angry about rights being taken away from people only because they were a little "out of the norm."
