Very well done! Plot like crazy and I love the courtroom scene with the Russian accent and I could just hear it in my head...excellent work.

Spike and his toys! I have a feeling he'll be getting a lot of gadgets now. Fist and Fangs, his arse :-)

Thanks, that's very kind of you, particularly about the accent, I wasn't sure if that came across properly, so thank you. I think when I first wrote it it was in Harry Potter-type written-as-it-sounds, vot-av-ve-eer? and all that. Was horrible to read though, so I read a few advisory articles and changed it.

Ha, I can't possibly comment on that either way, though I do recall Monotone banning me from giving Spike a 1000-ton tank. Rightfully so, it would have been lame, and ruined everything, but... dammit, gotta stop living through fictional characters. Particularly when they're not even mine.

I dunno, based on that line, I wouldn't have hired Dawn...

I think the idea was for someone who could do brooding and miserable, but wasn't just Trent Reznor the whole way through. And his band seem to have been quite an influence on this series, so it seemed appropriate.

And he does have an enormous penis.

Only just discovered this. Great idea and I totally agree with your decision to use Time Bomb as the cut off point to branch into your season six.

Thank you! It makes the explanation of the series a bit more complicated, but I think it's worth it, and it's amazing the difference it's made omitting the last 3 episodes. Nice to know someone else appreciated it, cheers!
